Placing our beneficiaries first, always, and with Joy
Hardship is never easy to face alone. At Helping Joy, we’re here to listen, respond to every need, and offer the best support possible.

How does it work?
Here’s how we onboard and assist new beneficiaries in their journey with us.

1. Email Us
If you or someone you know is facing physical, mental, or financial challenges and need help to declutter and restore a safe, comfortable home, reach out to us by email, we’re here for you. For urgent cases, please visit our Centre during operating hours.

2. Eligibility Check
After hearing from you, our Centre Manager & Case Worker will reach out to understand your needs and arrange a home visit if necessary. An application form will then be provided to confirm eligibility for each support category, helping us maintain transparency and accountability to our donors and volunteers.

3. Execution and Support
Once eligibility is confirmed, our team will carefully review each case according to its urgency and mobilise the appropriate resources to deliver the needed support. We place great attention in planning and executing every request to ensure meaningful and effective assistance.

Proof and Documentation
We’ll need to verify your situation by reviewing your financial information, family support, and any medical documents etc...that can assist your case. This process ensures we remain accountable to our donors and volunteers while providing responsible and transparent support to you.
